Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

  • During high-demand periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Within Australia

  • We ship using Australia Post (Standard and Express options).

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (metro areas may be faster).

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (depending on location).

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on weight and destination.

  • Orders over $150 AUD qualify for free standard shipping within Australia.


International Shipping

  • We currently ship to selected countries. Shipping options and rates will be displayed at checkout.

  • Delivery times vary by destination but typically range from 7–21 business days.

  • Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


Tracking

  • All orders come with tracking. You can track your parcel via the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.


Delays

  • KnucklePro is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or events outside our control (e.g. extreme weather, strikes, or peak holiday periods).


Wrong Address / Returned Parcels

  • Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

  • If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping fees may apply.
