We want you to love your KnucklePro purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work:
Domestic Orders (within Australia)

Returns are accepted only for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Return shipping is free for approved domestic returns – we’ll email you a prepaid return label once your return is approved.
International Orders (outside Australia)

Returns are accepted only for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items.

Proof of purchase is required.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot guarantee receipt otherwise.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of approval (or rejection if the item isn’t returned in acceptable condition).

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Refunds typically take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos.

We’ll resolve the issue promptly at no cost to you.
Your Rights
Our policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if your item is faulty, unsafe, or not as described.
